Size Matters

Material is one thing, but the size of the box is just as important. Standard lengths are 350, 380, 450, or even 600 mm, depending on the type of baguettes you serve. Width and height also matter – with larger boxes, you can fit not only the baguette sandwitch but also a small cup of sauce.
